Do You Want To Be In A Special "phatmass Authors" Group?

I am gauging interest in a new "Phatmass Authors" group. Your status will be reflected in the phorum, but your responsibilities will be mostly outside the phorum.

This special group of people will have the ability to post articles on the phatmass homepage.

Requirements:
- fidelity to the church
- excellent writing skills
- ability to create/find unique and engaging content
- ability to follow style guidelines
- ability to take criticism and direction without being offended

Tasks will include:
- posting articles using a web based template
- editing comments and deleting spam in comments

What you can post:
- original articles
- commentary on current events
- announcements of church news with unique commentary
- links to other articles with unique accompanying commentary
- anything that isn't copyrighted and glorifies the church

What I am not looking for:
- personal blog posts on matters that do not relate to the church
- links to other articles with little or no commentary on those links
- copy/paste of other articles

The more people that can do this, the less each other author will have to post to keep the phatmass homepage current. I'm only looking for a unique article to be posted maybe 3-4 times a week--so nothing too intensive. Just wanted to give surfers a reason to visit the homepage every now and then.

i might be interested. Do you mean you are looking for 3-4 articles total from various Phatmassers every week, or 3-4 articles per writer each week?

Question: Let's say we have a blog, and we do a post on our own blog meeting the above criteria, such as a Catholic perspective on a current event. You said no copy/pasting articles from elsewhere, but if we're actually writing the article, would you allow us to use a blog post of our own authorship for the Phatmass website?
