Confirmation And The Gifts Of The Spirit

I was just wondering if you had any quotes from Scripture, council documents etc, saints or maybe yourself on the sacrament of confirmation and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Here are the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit in the prophecy of Isaiah:

{11:2} And the Spirit of the Lord will rest upon him: the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and fortitude, the spirit of knowledge and piety.
{11:3} And he will be filled with the spirit of the fear of the Lord.

The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are infused with sanctifying grace at Baptism. The seven gifts are perfected, fulfilled and completed with the reception of Confirmation.

The seven gifts are also distinctly described in many places of Sacred Scripture such as the Wisdom books and the Psalms. Think of all the times the gift of fear of the Lord or the gift of wisdom is mentioned in these books!
