M.SIGGA
Evangelical Protestants like Falwell 44% and Robertson 56% and John Paul II 59% ... I wonder why? Maybe it's because of all those subliminal messages in The Passion But seriously, since Dobson and Graham both recieved 73%, I think it has more to do with the fact that these two are more accepting and less condemning of Catholics and other Christian denominations and denominationalism in general. Iacobus
Yeh I think that does make sense, people are becoming tired of the endless negitivity some people have.
God Conquers
the pope is harmless.
I disagree! He harms Satan pretty good.
willguy
I think Mulls meant that the Pope is not walking around yelling "God hates f---" (I don't like using that word).

God Conquers
And doesn't blame terrible incidents on his own country as divine punishment.

Dave
This comes as a surprise for me, considering that I've heard so much "The Pope is the Antichrist" garbage from many evangelicals. But it's a wonderful surprise! On second thought, it shouldn't be. Our Holy Father is the epitome of the love of Christ, and anyone who can't see that is a moron.
