I guess its pretty obvious that He gained experiences that could not have experienced without a human body, but doesn't there have to be more? What does it really mean to say that Christ took on a human nature?
Christ in his divine nature cannot change. In his human nature, he did change as he grew from Conception through birth, life, death, Resurrection, and Ascension.
But, like CatM said, then how could an omniscient know the experience of not knowing? Something cannot both be and not be.
That's part of the mystery of who Christ is. We can never explain it in strictly logical terms, but the more we ponder and dwell in it, the more there is to be revealed to us about God.
