Perhaps they carry pots on their heads, as well--I don't know. Personally, I would think it would be heavy and uncomfortable to wear a pot on my head, and knowing me, I'd probably trip and break the pot. Perhaps the customs are different in other parts of the U.S., but I have never seen anyone wear a pot on their head, in public or in private.
