I've heard of this book on certain Catholic blogs and websites. It was interesting because it's based on one of the most popular Catholic classics, [i]The Spiritual Combat [/i]by Dom Lorenzo Scupoli.

I might check that out, I love [i]Spiritual Combat[/i]. It was my first truly spiritual book, and marked a conversion in my life.
