Yeah, that would be nice!
Yep! You could stick the entire fruit inside, and that aspect of it was awesome! Cleaning out the fiddler, though, was not. Lol. It made amazing juice, though. I'm pretty sure this particular juicer was a piece of equipment that one really needs to be committed, too, though. A lifestyle juicer, perhaps. And I just wanted some juice! I look forward to the day when I once again invest in an amazing juicer. Only next time it'll be for the long haul.
Was it anything like those ones you see sometimes when you're flipping through an infomercial? Because they make it out like it's SOoOoOo easy ... but I guess they're focusing on the JUICE itself, not the cleaning part ... (you KNOW those machines were invented by MEN when you have a hard time cleaning them!!! ) Yeah, I wouldn't have the time, energy, or patience to be a lifestyle juicer at this point in my life. Wish they would come out with something easy to use, easy to clean, and budget friendly!

When I came home a few months ago and saw that she had one I was really excited about it. (Apparently, she bought it the year before and it's never been used. ) So, I took it down and read through the instruction booklet... it was WAAAAAY more complicated that the infomercials make it out to be. Especially the cleaning aspect. To say the least, it's back up on top of the refrigerator. Alas. The machine won. I second the bolded bit, CM! Old_Joe
I trying to pick 5 pounds of mulberries from the trees in my yard to make a type of mead called a morat. It takes sooooo loooonnnngg because the mulberries don't weigh much and they tend to squish which makes it look like my fingers are badly bruised. OnlySunshine
I remembered this topic from last summer and I'm thinking of binging on fruit again. I was thinking of doing it for a few days and maybe eating nothing but fruit and vegetables to do a cleansing of sorts. I just got done eating two fresh peaches I cut up an hour ago and they were delicious and oh so juicy! I would really love to start eating better and lose weight.
