I hate movies like this, that encourage affairs and smooth it over with "oh it was true love."

You didn't like Titanic?! Tsk. Delightful how our boy goes from talking about how the water is so cold that one can't breathe (mostly true), and feels like a thousand knives, then he's running around in it and swimming for 20 minutes without a half a shiver. Only once he's in the water outside of the ship does he start shivering realistically. One other problem I have is the nickel-plated 1911. It would have been extremely unlikely for him to have a pistol (custom nickel-plated) that had just been put into production a month before they sailed.

I didn't think so. :|

But then I always look deeper then superficial.

Yeah, if the pre-honeymoon and
her kissing a guy when she's engaged to someone else
weren't bad enough, I'm not sure how chaste a movie can be considered with as much immodesty as that one had. :cry2:

Eh...it was most definitely a chick flick. Cute. Pretty cheesy. BUT I did enjoy it.

***The only issue I have about claiming it "chaste" was that the main character goes ot Italy with her finacee for a honeymoon before the wedding. And they most definitely share a bed from the background that is shown (although there are no scences with them in it). However it is very, very, very tame compared to even day time tv...

That is true. Perhaps it should be referred to as cleaner than the usual film, but still needs polishing.

The Notebooks was basically a film about two youngins who can't keep their hands off of each other and are usually arguing (which involved the girlfriend hitting her boyfriend) and then making out afterwards. The sex scenes were practically pornographic.

Still, not convinced.

I would have to repeat my original comment at this point.
