well the fact that you're wearing the right glasses now should help a lot. squinting does a number on your skin.

um, I would certainly not recommend such a store, unless they've already removed their huge, pornographic, recent ad displays. If they have removed them, I would be very, very glad, though. :)

Just did a Google search and found the one I think that you are talking about. I do recall seeing that ad last time I dropped Emily off at work, but didn't think anything of it at the time. I can see where people are both offended and not-offended. I say that some people might not be offended because what is shown (bare shoulders and arms covering the implied, but unseen bare breasts) is entirely in line with what is "normal" in American culture. I guess I didn't notice the ad at first because I, like others, have been desensitized to that kind of "implied nudity" in adverts.

I can hear it now.

Why do you wear a mask? Were you burned by acid, or something like that?

Oh no, it's just that they're terribly comfortable. I think everyone will be wearing them in the future.

^_^

God bless-

Thanks for telling me that after I spent $500.00. <_<

:idontknow: Sorry! You didn't ask before you spent $500.00! :console:

If it's any consolation, I officially look even more ridiculous than usual in my driver's license photo. Because I normally wear my glasses all the time (even though I don't need them all the time) I have always taken the vision test for the driver's license with my glasses. Today, I took it without my glasses, so my picture had to be without my glasses. You would not believe how well those dark circles showed up on that stupid little picture. <_<

I've had glasses since kindergarten (so, I wasn't doing a lot of squinting), and I still have dark circles. What can I use for an excuse? :hehehe:
