If anyone needs it, just let me know and I'll email it to you. (I hope that's legal? When I downloaded it, the Internet Archive people themselves had made it freely downloadable legally.) I mean maybe they realized that to begin with these books should never have been available as public domain books? were these books available on other public domain libraries such as Project Gutenberg?
