First Profession Of The Dominican Sisters Of Mary Mother Of The Euchar

I would like to go to the first profession of vows this summer and I was just wondering when they were. I went last year and i believe they were in August? Maybe the first weekend in August??

For some reason I thought they usually had First Professions on August 6th -- the Feast of the Transfiguration... but I am definitely no authoritative source.

I thought that is when they are also but wasn't sure.

I just checked with Sr. Joseph Andrew personally, and here are the dates she gave me:


Final Professions: August 4th 10:00am
First Professions: August 6th 10:00am

Both take place at Christ the King Church.

And alrichey, she says she hopes to see you there!

My boss hasn't responded for my request to take that week off....my best friend is making final vows, and I just can't miss that! Please pray, if God wills it, that I will be given the time off to attend this most important event!
