RedSnapper
I don't know if this is the place to ask this question but I am putting it here as this looks like there are some great answers. Do they ever bring out that veil that is in a reliquary in St. Peter's Basilica in Rome that is supposed to be the face of Christ? If so, when, how often and if not, why not? That was more than one question. I have seen various (supposed) pictures of it here and there but wouldn't it be great to see the one in Rome? BLAZEr
Maybe some of our Rome scholars can help me out . . . but I'm pretty sure it is put on display on the feast of St. Veronica, if not every year, then every few years.
