Okay, are we talking like NOVELS literature that contain thematic elements you don't agree with? Or are they all theological books?

Either way, you can send them to me!

I'm kicking myself right now because I found someone to take all my Catholic books today, and I forgot 17 of the books on the shelf. So if any Phatmasser is interested in paying the shipping costs, here are the books I have available (I would prefer to send them in as few shipments as possible, I don't feel like filling 17 separate orders):

"The Teachings of the Church Fathers" - John R. Willis, S.J. (it's a compilation of patristic excerpts arranged by topic)

"Not By Bread Alone," "Not By Scripture Alone," and "Not By Faith Alone" by Robert Sungenis (with contributions from other authors)

"Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Heaven" - Peter Kreeft

"The Lamb's Supper" - Scott Hahn

"John of the Cross: Selected Writings"

"How To Resist Temptation" - Fr. Francis J. Remler

"The DaVinci Hoax" - Carl Olson and Sandra Miesel

"An Exorcist Tells His Story" and "An Exorcist: More Stories" by Fr. Gabriele Amorth

"Answers, Not Promises" - Mother Angelica

"Salvation Is From The Jews" - Roy Schoeman

"Inside Mormonism" and "When Mormons Call" by Isaiah Bennett

"Answering Jehovah's Witnesses" by Jason Evert

"Catholics and the New Age" - Fr. Mitch Pacwa

 I would be glad to take them off your hands and pay whatever you need!

Do you have any more Literature books?
No, sorry. I gave them away today to the Salvation Army.

Ah that would be great. I've never sent books before. Any suggestions on the cheapest way to go about it? Do I just show up to the post office with the books, or do I need to box them beforehand?

Do you have the four volume unabridged One Thousand and One Nights? This is the most bestest stories in the history of humanity.

No, but I have a nice hardcover copy of the complete works of one William Shakespeare (which, incidentally, I got from someone who was giving their books away).

It makes me sad that you will be without your Shakespeare. :sadder:

Perhaps you are a master of the Ars Memorativa and have his works memorized.

Oh, I forgot that I do have a few literature books left to give away. I have a three-volume Norton anthology of American literature, which covers the years from 1865 to after 1945. I also have a one-volume Norton anthology of British literature from the sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries.

I also have "The Basic Works of Aristotle," which is about 1500 pages, if anyone wants it.

I'm not giving up Shakespeare! I'm not giving away all my books, just the ones that I can do without. I can't do without Shakespeare.

If anyone wants them, I also have textbooks for introductory Hebrew, New Testament Greek, and Latin (the Latin textbook is Wheelock).

If Denzel Washington could memorize the entire King James Bible, I bet Era could memorize The Complete Works of William Shakespeare.

Oh, another thing that I have is a full 4-volume Liturgy of the Hours, if anyone wants it. (Actually, it would probably be a good idea to donate this to a local parish).
