Anybody else draw churches in their spare time for fun?

Me, too, sometimes I design houses, but never a church. That one is gorgeous! I know that the architecture of one's place of worship shouldn't matter, but I always feel God's presence more in a church like the one you've designed, particularly if it is a very old church. It's as if I can feel the faith of the hundreds of thousands of worshippers who came before me.

I used to draw churches and palaces when I was little. I really liked art and architecture.

The church Raphael drew is kind of neo-Gothic. Domes have never been a feature of neo-Gothic architecture. They're more (neo-)Byzantine.

I used to in my head sometimes. I have been praying for a religious order devoted to perpetual adoration to begin a monastery in the Holy Land for years... I used to like to think about what such a church might look like.

I have been praying for a traditionalist religious order to begin a monastery in the Holy Land.

I designed a cathedral on Auto Cad in High School for an end-of-year project. It was awesome. By far the most complex undertaking in the class.

I have wishful delusions that my parish will build a new Catholic looking church, so I had made a design...only it was a 2d plan...must get this Googe Sketchup.
