Nihil Obstat
I checked my magic 8-ball, and then I checked with common sense, and finally, to be sure, I asked both my regular priests and the bishop. The answer is yes. Don't worry though, I'm more than willing to help rehabilitate you. We'll start you off easy with stuff like The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, and their ilk, and go from there working into better and better genres of awesome. hoosieranna
*rends his clothes*
I acknowledge the cheesiness, and submit to it. I was raised on the great hair of the 80s. Even today, the crystalline tone of Slash brings a small tear to my eye. Okay, maybe not really. edit: Also a fair bit of prog rock from the 70s (thanks Dad), though that didn't stick as well. A joke in our family is "Do you like Yes?" "No." Allman Brothers, anyone?
hehe yeah, the cheesiness is what i like about it. g'n'r, SKID ROW, motley crue, POISON... i love all that stuff (but rarely the lyrics). btw that's funny about the prog rock. i love Yes and bands like them, but it's not something that i sit down and listen to that often.
