Does the candidacy program mean that you'll be a postulant? Or an aspirant? Or something in between?

From what I have read, it seems that different Orders may have slightly different names for the stages of formation.

In any case, that's WONDERFUL news!!!!

Candidacy is more than an aspirant position but not postulancy. This time is a time for more in-depth discernment with the Order, formation for Carmelite spirituality and for a first-hand experience of living in community with other young women discerning.
