For A Friend With A Serious Life Situation

I have an friend who lives in a town in Florida, he is not a Catholic but he is a Faithful Christian. I will not reveal too much privacy but his name is Matt [mod] removing last name [/mod] and his wife's name is Heather. I will be blunt and list out the issues he faces. He is in an unhappy marriage, his wife is cold and refuses to acknowledge him and she waits upon her parents hand and foot and does whatever they say, and doesn't take anything he says seriously, he has a brother that has, quite literally turned into the town's gay whore and this distresses him greatly, he cannot trust his preachers with his confessions as he quite literally on several occasions found out that whatever he had said in private suddenly became public knowledge. He says he has been for a time attack by demons that tormented him for a great deal of time and now lives in a town where the spiritual atmosphere is so dead it 'sis suffocating, he cannot hear God's voice at all and is in a serious crisis of faith given his toxic environment and has virtually given up on prayer. With the help of another friend i have convinced him to confront his wife about her coldness and hopefully break her spell of dependency on her parents and her fantasy view of life by sheer blunt truth about their relationship and have advised him to move from his town as soon as possible. I am deadly serious with my advice and have told him to Pray to God for confidence in himself to actually do this because if he does not his Life will be forever filled with misery otherwise. I have also promised to instruct others to pray for him and his wife so please pray for their sakes. This is n extremely serious matter.
