VeraMaria
Smoothies are THE Best!!!!! Especially when it's hot outside (here in Miami thats ALWAYS) I would recommend frozen berries, and freeze some sliced banana. Blend those together with some orange juice, maybe a spoon or two of yogurt to make it creamier, , and some ice cubes. Blend in a blender ( ) They are SO GOOD. You can also add frozen peach, pineapple...etc. They also fill you up. Sometimes I make myself a smoothie for breakfast etc.

Pio Nono
JMJ 4/11 - Easter Sunday Depending on how old you are, try starting to lift weights. I think guys in high school are able to start lifting three times a week; I wish I had started in high school - it might have saved me all this trouble trying to lose weight here in college Also, cut the soda and coffee as much as possible, if you drink those. Stick to water. Eat a banana a day at breakfast. Don't try to speed the process up by dropping carbohydrate intake - your cholesterol (no matter what age) will skyrocket. Just eat less altogether. Try running. This outlines what I try to do, whether it's healthy or not.
Cesar624
I recently took up Shotokan Karate - I'm at that age (16 going on 17 in June) that I should be pretty active. It's made me a bit stronger and less tired all the time. Try looking into it.
