Livin_the_MASS
Why Jason, you are now disagreeing with every Catholic site now, next you will disavow the Vatican web pages at the rate you are going. I don't make stuff up, I don't have to, the REAL stuff is hard enough to defend.
Peters.net if they got and grade it good, I agree if they don't got or grade it bad it's trash. Plus your other thread was putting down the Mother of God by trying to say she was adding to Scripture. So guess what, you don't have truth as you say, I see deceit. Paladin D
Ashley, the Pope is the succesor of Peter. When you look at the current Pope, you are looking at Peter in a sense. We believe Peter was the first Pope (not with all the garments and such, but the authority he had and his office).

Brother Adam
Go Bruce. Ashley. Do you want to actually learn, because I can offer answers. But you have to be willing to look with an open mind.
Aloysius
YUP!!!
hold up yo. the Pope CAN be wrong. but here's where our immense trust in Jesus Christ comes in. WE TRUST that the Pope, when speaking by virtue of his ministry as sucessor to St. Peter, CAN NEVER be wrong, because God won't let him, God would strike him dead before he'd allow him to speak as rock to the entire Church something that was wrong. And when He teaches the whole Church from his position of authority but not necessarily in his PETRINE (PETER), or ROCK capacity, we know the Jesus also makes sure he doesn't lead the entire Church into blatant heresy. She came in here in open mic saying "die catholics die" so ya I might of jumped the gun a little bit. I know the Teachings of the Church Thank You,

Donna
Hi, Ashley. You sound like me about 15 years ago. It was when I learned from the Church herself that there has been bad behavior (for example) from some Popes, that I began to take her claims seriously. You don't know what you're talking about. the lumberjack
Reading about Catholics the words "submission" etc come up often. I submit only to God not to some old man in Rome.
AMEN!!!!
