I don't think we "relive and dramatize" our relationship here very much. (As in, you dont know much about relationship except that we're long distance, right? you don't know our fights or conversations, ect.) Sure, I probably complain about the distance way too much on PM, but I usually keep it confined to a) the lameboard and b) threads that are made for ppl to flirt. I didn't make this thread to "shove it in people's faces" I made it because I was excited.

I can't really help how something that I mean in a certain way comes across to other people. Especially after I explain. Sorry you feel like I am attacking your sister - I'm not. I just wanted to make she knew we weren't trying to be all "oh look, he gets to come on valentines day and you people have to do your homework" And sorry that you think that being sad comes off as boastful.

I was just addressing that fact that we aren't here to rub things in people's faced, especially during the next two weeks... Because apparently, people thought that.

I'm with you on this one. There must have been some disconnect/misinterpretation somewhere down the line, or something.

For the record, I never got the impression you were boasting or anything. If I haven't mentioned it before, I'm quite glad for yours and SMM's happiness.

I think the SMM/Missionseeker relationship is beautiful, I love to hear about it, and I love to see how each one of them miss each other. I think it's great in this day and time...in this age of immorality and hedonism, that two souls can find their mate in a Catholic phorum, desiring nothing but respect for one another, and actually love each other with a love that comes from God and not the lust that is demanded by society...

At the same time, if there is something to be jealous of, this is it...true love is rare to be found...but I think that at y'all's ages...you shouldn't be so caught up in not finding anyone and being alone for Valentine's Day. Enjoy each moment of your youth, because, believe me...it is fleeting and will be gone before you know it!

If people are feeling lonely on V-Day, well, go out to Adoration...go to Mass and spend some loving time with The One True Love we all share...
