And I still think it is unfair and disingenuous for people to make sweeping generalities about the Crusades without knowing anything about them other than that the general unchallenged social construct that they are "bad." Not exactly a sunshine story that either? And how do we defend against the bad rep it gives? I mean even this little thread has showed that faithful Catholics disagree how justified they were.
