Veridicus
I spent a summer in Harlaxton College/Manor in England (near the small city of Grantham). It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. We had classes 4 days a week and 3.5day weekends to travel which was perfect because we were in an English speaking country and had a place to keep our stuff and could just take what we needed to spend a weekend in Rome or Paris, etc.

I'm not going to ask that we stick to the topic, because that would make me an enormous hypocrite, but anyone that wants to address it is free to. Ridiculous (in a good way) on the inside. Felt like you were living in a Victorian Age reality.

I'm telling you if you have the desire and you have the money, I would study abroad. It's worth every penny of debt. You just can't get that experience again once you get on into your 20s. Besides, everything is cheaper over there when you are 25 or younger...after that the student discounts disappear. And in some cases these discounts are huge. It's actually possible that I could do it debt free. Quite possible, if I plan well in advance. Only thing is that it would really cut into my savings. I would absolutely do it again if I could; I was able to go over there with one of my friends from gradeschool (the best man from the wedding pics on my profile page). I'm telling you I would spend the money again to keep those memories and experiences.

Nihil Obstat
If I were to seriously consider it, my first gut instinct is Milan, Singapore, Hong Kong in that order of interest.
