Guess we'll have to wait for the 4.0 version :-)
scardella
Letsee If you middle-click a link, tabs open next to current tab, rather than at the end. Plus, it seems a little faster.

ReinnieR
why can't we? isn't that the point of having it open sourced? not having "you'll eat what we feed you" philosophy. the demand for let's say the google toolbar on chrome is very high. since it was still in beta, people have been asking for this add-on. listening to consumers is what makes a great product. [/quote] I switched from GC to FF, and I have to say, Firefox is a lot faster, esp. when streaming video. Though, I have noticed I get the occasional pop up on FF. And GC always used to stall and take ages to load.

Hilde
Last time I updated my firefox it changed so that I had to log into sites all the time. So I changed it back. Like phatmass, forums and all sites that you have to log into. Super annoying.

I had to keep flicking into GC to log out because FF wouldn't let me log in again, but I wasn't even properly logged in on GC. But I found once I uninstalled GC the problem was solved. eagle_eye222001
Chrome is good if you want to surf with as little baggage as possible. Putting add-ons on Chrome is hypocritical as you are adding baggage and might as well have used Firefox. Personally, I have found Firefox with my several add-ons to be about as fast as Chrome with no-addons. For me, I primarily use Firefox, and have IE and Chrome in reserve.
