Isn't someone looking for non-cloistered contemplatives who pray for priests? Look what San Diego has. http://www.trinitari...me_English.html

My friend's sister attends the pre-convent school.

I love these sisters! I called them back in June, when I was calling different convents that had been suggested to me, and inquiring about their life (a bit like a mini nun run). The sister who I talked to was so nice, and very good with explaing their life, which is full of devotion to God. I think they started up another convent in the north eastern part of the US, does anybody know?

They also have a convent in Lowell Michigan within the diocese of Grand Rapids, I believe.

That's it! Sister was very excited abou their convent up their, although it seems some of their Mexican sisters were a bit worried about getting sent up there, due to the climate difference

I have to go to San Diego for work during Lent and so have made arrangements to have a Retreat Day at the convent before coming home.

I heard about this community earlier this year and am wondering if they celebrate the Tridentine Mass. Also, do you know if they have a particular devotion to Mary - such as the method of Saint Louis de Montfort?

Any other information would be great, too!
Thank you!

What a beautiful and joyous community! I wonder if they wear those extra long veils primarily during Eucharistic adoration. It's lovely, but seems impractical for other activities.

Has anyone visited these Sisters? They seem to be a beautiful community. And yes, I'm curious to as to if they have the Tridentine Rite Mass?

Just found two articles about them:

But if anyone has any other information about them, that would be great!

I read the first article. What a holy group of women!

One thing I loved was that their oldest vocation is 95! She had been a benefactor and said she wanted to die in the habit. The sister entered the novitiate at age 92.

Talk about an "older" vocation!

Anyone see a similarity? (FI on left, Trinitarians on right)

Looks like a beautiful order. What is their apostolate or work besides prayer?

Both habits are very similar. I've often thought this as well. They are both beautiful. :)
