This.
It is the same way when Christians claim to be Jews. According to Jewish Law, Jewishness is determined by the status of the mother, who must herself have been born to a Jewish mother, or have converted [according to Jewish Law]. Further, a Jew accepts upon himself the "yoke of the Commandments" at bar mitzvah, and lives according to Jewish Law. Christians are not Jews by Jewish Law, neither by virtue of their birth nor their observance. Indeed, Christianity has rejected just about all the concepts of Judaism along with the Jewish way of life. For Jews, the very idea of God as a man is the ultimate blasphemy. So no, you may think you're a Jew, but Jews don't think you're a Jew.
I didn't say we were the Jews, I said the Jews, Part II, a 'funny' (read: unfunny, thanks to my terrible humour ) as a reference to the fact that Catholicism is the fulfillment of Judaism. add
TheRapid Decline of Christianity in Europe coincides with worship of all the innate"creations of man" said Modern gadgets has allowed us the arrogance of worshiping ourselves!! The rise of atheists is the crux of selfishness The media are saturated with what I call Idolatry of the body and idolatry of the inanity. The media has no anchor in anything except Idolatry. I agree with Freedom of speech and freedom of religion,of course, but I don't agree with freedom from reason and sanity.
Your religion just developed as a response to Christianity, which is the true and natural fulfillment of Old Testament Judaism.
