Lil Red
It's a local, expensive flower shop that sells other boutique-y kind of items. I bought some Burt's Bees blemish stuff from them and it made me break out really bad. Now they won't let me return it because I used it. Well of course I used it. That's what I bought it for! But I didn't expect it to do the opposite of what I wanted! AARRGGHHH!!!! I guess I won't buy stuff from them anymore. Thanks everyone, I just needed to get that off my chest. Thy Geekdom Come
That's terrible. Call the Better Business Bureau and tell them.
Lil Red
well, what can they do? They said since it's like make-up, once you use it, you're stuck with it. *plus my hubby cleaned house and threw away the receipt*
Sojourner
Yeah, or send a letter to Burt's Bees through their Web site

Norseman82
I have a better idea. If you went to a doctor, file a lawsuit. Or else contact the health or consumer department or the FDA. Maybe just the threat of doing so will get them to give you their money back, especially if you do so when there are a LOT of customers in the store and you are really loud. Carrie
Next time, buy at Rite Aid. If you are unsatisfied, even with makeup stuff, you can return it within a certain period of time.
Lil Red
we don't have a Rite Aid!
Carrie
Oh, really? Wow, I thought they were everywhere. It's a Duane Reade/Eckerds/Genovese (maybe you'll know one of these?) kind of discount pharmacy place that sells everything.

Carrie
Want me to come over and kick their butts? Should only take me a week or two to walk on over. Actually I just had an idea. Write to the company...the address should be on the bottle of what you bought, with a letter of complaint and demand a refund. Usually, they'll comply, just to keep you from spreading the word that their product stinks.

Carrie
If you broke out, it's a good excuse to treat yourself to a facial. Ohh, so relaxing!
Lil Red
I recently bought a bottle of your Doctor Burt's Blemish Oil, from [mod]personal information[/mod]. It made me break out extremely bad. I tried to return the product, only to be told that the store will not return it because it is "used". I am really upset, I have been using Burt's Bees items for over a year now and have always been satisfied with my purchases. This is the first time that something has not lived up to its claim. I really want to keep purchasing your products, but after this incident with this product, I am wary of buying anything else. What can you do to satisfy me?
What do you think? Should I add anything else?
