4588686
You would, fatty. Actually Al-Alawki was the spokesman for Al-Quidea in Yemen, and evidence that he was emailing Mr Hasan is actually used to support that the attack at Ft Hood WAS terror, and not the other way around. This is of course how most people use facts, basing opinions on their logical conclusions, instead of twisting them to support predetermined assumptions. Anwar Al Alwaki was a proponent of religious fanaticism. Which is not a capital offense. Did he have an operational role in Al Quaeda? Maybe. The US government thought so. And when the American government things that a citizen is guilty of a serious crime then there is a mechanism whereby that claim is tested an evaluated and judged. That mechanism is called a 'trial.' http://www.salon.com/2011/09/30/awlaki_6/

Winchester
ANARCHY! Yep. I don't think that politicians are my masters. You people with your submission fantasies should be free to appoint people to tell you what to do. It's your business. The problem is when you subs want everyone else to put themselves on leashes. I don't think we will ever live in a world without murder. That doesn't mean I'm going to decide murder is morally acceptable.
