I agree good friday, because you don't (and can't) actually know the person on here. It is easy to take something wrong when you can't hear the tone in which it is being spoken. You can only get to know someone superficially.

Agreed TOTALLY, one can have a LOT of "fun" within the TRUE understanding of Catholic convoluted thought, no need to do a Jack Chick on you all, besides, I don't know if you could understand his comics, they are just so cerebral...grin.

I made it my Lenten PUNISHEMENT to be scourged, whipped, abused, and made to do such research into mystics like Anne Catherine Emmerich, apparitions that defy logic, even had to watch an ENTIRE hour on the goose stepping Swiss Guards [honest, did any of you watch that show over the weekend on EWTN, it reminded me of a SS swearing in ceremony, honest, not exaggerating...frightening, I'm German, so it made me want to start singing the German marching and drinking songs...]

BUT.

I do have ONE serious role here, to keep you from dislocating your collective arms with back patting and congradulating yourselves on the one way, our way, mentality that lemmings get in trouble with all the time as they charge in a herd over the cliff. Individuality isn't a Catholic virture I've sadly learned, and group-think is the preferred manner of doc dump demographics in this here Romish land.

BUT.

You are knowledgeable on your faith, love God, Jesus, so I know that you want to be the best Catholic, if not ordinary Christian that you can, and that is the trait that is so admirable on this site.

AND.

I have a VERY high tolerance to online pain, having operated and run discussion sites like this one for over 10 years now, I won't give it away, but I'm the owner of one of the most popular discussion sites on the net, in an industry catering to mostly pagan, sinners, and malcontents. So, frankly, the abuse heaped on my Protestant funeral pyre here is childsplay compared to the scathing, horrid, mean, despicable, underhanded, and extended abuse that I've endured for my "sins" in the past two years on my site, and rival sites who specifically targeted me personally for destruction.

Now if we could just get 'past the" superior iconconoclastic denominational bias that the Catholic Church inculcates into the catholic brain [must be staring at the Monstrance for hours one end, or maybe, the sublimal messaging that the confessional has piped in] and progress possibly could be made.

I live in a non-denominational world, YOU have a lot to offer, I take that, They have a lot to offer, I take that too, and I love the worlds of the cults, Mormonism, JW's and such.

Gives one some perspective.
